No... Nine Walkers set against the Nine Riders! Nah, I personally prefer riding to walking. ;D I bet Angmar does also.

Man, this stuff is old. Read and changed a few commas and.... and... *gropes for correct term, fails to find it, sighs and gives up* ... upside-down-comma-thingies...

We need a short catching summary for this part of the story. That is what I've written so far. I would much appreciate your help. I know mine is very lame. A Dunedain king still sits upon the throne of Rhudaur, but the times are dark and getting darker. Yet love blossoms under the growing shadow and a girl has to choose between a Thane's third son and the King's first... It doesn't help that everyone believes her to be a married woman and pregnant to boot. Northern Kingdom Writers present a RPG-based story set in Arnor in 1347-1348 Third Age.Hee-elp, please!

ok, I edited chpt 1 - various punctuation fixes, and some parts in red that I'd like some feedback on. It was fun to read again! You really surprised me with that move of Dau's, Gordy - I had so much fun with it!

I don't know, it sounds like you've covered all the most important bits, Gordis. Maybe, you can add a short sentence at the end in the spirit of: "And there are yet more obstacles along the way". Or if you want to go really corny, you can say: "And a great poet once said: The course of true love never did run smooth." ;D But maybe I better check whether I got that quote entirely right before the Shakespeare fans tear me a new one...
