I just gotta have an RPG discussion thread in the actual RPG forum! Sorry, I hate switching forums to read/write the little comments on the posts. For me, that's my favorite part - the conversations with all of you people! So the discussion thread that got moved to the planning forum can be discussions for planning - OK with everyone? Serenoli - got your PM - I'd say just go ahead with it - you don't need to run it by the others because it doesn't involve their characters. It will be funnier if they read it in the post first, as opposed to the discussion thread Gordis - don't let Val's and my backwriting stop you from continuing Gimilbeth's journey! Now that Algeirr is out of the way, go ahead and move us along All Callon is doing is driving - nothing for me to write about, unless Serenoli wants to do a post with Callon and Hurgon.

For me, that's my favorite part - the conversations with all of you people! So the discussion thread that got moved to the planning forum can be discussions for planning - OK with everyone? Quite OK with me. Angmar and I have discovered that, unlike on the Moot, here it is impossible to move individual posts from one thread into another. I wanted only to move a few Planning posts into the new thread and into the new forum- otherwise it will be very difficult to find them later when they are needed. But it has proved impossible - so Angmar moved the whole thread.It is a very good idea to make a new one for our everyday chat about current posts. So if you have ideas on long-term planning - post there, while normal discussion goes here. OK? I think next should come Angmar's post about his orcs in the evening of Nov 2- not seing any signal and deciding what to do. Unless Elfhild and Serenoli whish to post for Hurgon and Nauremir. Elfhild, where are you? We miss you! Then right next after orcs should be Brochenridge. Perhaps Val would care to write a post about the arrival there, describing the fortress? You can use Captain Merendil's POV for example, Val.

Yes, I was missing Elfhild and Angmar, too! Rian and Gordis, my only excuse for not being as active as I would like here is because I've spending a lot of time guarding Elfhild, whom I have locked in the tallest tower in my fortress. I was forced to do this to keep her working on some massive edits that we are undertaking in "The Circles." I am a grim taskmaster. ;D I am happy to say that I will soon slide the key into the lock and release the girl for a while so that she might get back to Rhudaur. ;D Today, though, I beat my schedule - instead of doing a chapter this weekend, I have completed one today. This is a story of a lovestruck orc, hopelessly besmitten with the lovely Princess Gimilbeth. (This might be one of the few stories of its kind. I remember during the Mithril Awards competition, there was one called "The Queen's Orc," but since I never read it, I do not know if there is any similarity.) An interesting idea - could an orc fall in love with a human? Perhaps Saakaf has retained more of his "elvishness."

great orc, Angmar! But I thought your last bit was going to read, "This changes everything! Time for dinner!" I mean, fresh meat and all ...

great orc, Angmar! But I thought your last bit was going to read, "This changes everything! Time for dinner!" I mean, fresh meat and all ... "This changes everything," the captain spat out through clenched teeth. "The company just has to follow the princess' entourage until we see a good opening. Then we eat them!" He rubbed his warty chin and laughed maliciously. Amazing how just one word can change everything. ;D Serenoli, I thoroughly enjoyed the race.

Serenoli, Please post in this thread now, the other one where you posted, is reserved for "Planning" the distant future events. I have transferred your post here:
Here is SERENOLI"s post:
Just posted for Odare. Any edits, Rian, Elfhild, or for the public characters, please say so. As for her new look, its pretty simple really, and can be explained in one word: attention-seeking. Ok, 2 words. Pure;y subconcious motive, of course.
Great post for Sakaaf, btw. Is it weird that I'm really starting to like this orc?

Great Posts, Angmar and Serenoli! Saakaf is really quite endearing. Interesting talk about his Majesty's age. A very accurate info. Hmm... tongues wag in Carn-Dum, no kidding... Odare... what a twist...it knocked me out. Wonderful post. ;

Serenoli - I thoroughly enjoyed your post - very fun! All the little details were just hilarious - I had to read it seveal times through to catch them all. You wrote for Caelen perfectly - no WAY would she have waited for Daurendil if there was a race on!!! And your last line was great And wanting to cut off her hair strand by strand - great picture! One minor change - I'd suggest "jump" instead of "dive" in your "Caelen took her horse on a graceful dive that cleared the wheelbarrow..." because "dive" usually means going down.
