The other maps... hmm .. I don't know. They are MERP and therefore must be copyrighted. I don't know the rules here.

However small portions of the maps with movements of different persons can be posted, I think. Or the map of Duinand Ostinand and Marugond. They are of no use to anyone but the readers of the story. What do you think?

I think that would be ok. For copyrighted images that have not been editted or modified by any of us, we could just give links so that readers could visit them. That way, HASA will not get blamed if the company protests. I will try to put the images in tonight.

I have just brought the story up to date on both HASA and Fanfiction.net. FF.net has a convoluted way of adding new chapters. The system doesn't seem to allow special characters, such as asterisks, wavy lines, etc. This might prove a little confusing when it comes to chapter breaks, but as far as I can see, there is no way to get around it. The system also doesn't seem to allow links to pages within chapters. The presence of one link totally messes up the chapter, making the paragraphs splice together in strange ways. Since FF.net is frequented by kids, maybe this is some sort of deterent against those who would post links to adult related material. Henneth Annun and OSA are much easier to work with.

Gordis, Fanfiction.net is horrible for my old computer. It also has a very confusing method of uploading. You have to have every file saved on your computer in a specific format, and then you have to edit the chapter again when it uploads. Because of all these problems of my antiquated equipment, Elfhild volunteered to do it for me.
