I hope you all have read our animated discussion in the Discussion thread. Val wants all major events of the story happen in 1348 - marriage of Broggha and Tarniel, killing of the Royal family etc.
But we are still in 1346.
I say, as it is now, it will be a very uninteresting, uneventful year, 1347, that we shall have to fill with endless intrigues and minor subplots.
The resulting story is going to be too long and uneventful, difficult to follow.
I propose to shift the beginning of the game 1 year later. From 1346 to 1347. Then the next year will be the ominous 1348 - and the things will get lively.
Val wants the dates to remain as they are.
Both Val and myself are willing to abide by the results of this poll. So, vote please, and leave a short note here - to know who has voted.
