Great story, Arassuil. I like it a lot. You have so masterfully introduced the three generations of the Chieftain's family and so finely outlined their characters... Can't wait to read more!

IHey I know it's been 2/3 of a year since I last updated my tghread, but getting a job does that as it seems to suck up that extra time. Hopefully I'll be able to continue the journal again sooner than the gap between now and the last post.

Do you think there were still some people/orcs living in Carn Dum as late as 2718?

Yeah, nearby and on south through the Ettenmoors. The orcs were becoming a problem again and Arassuil's days were filled with trouble from them. I don't think there were too many hillmen of Rhuadur around but they still carried on.
