I'm in the process of writing another short story which takes place in the late Second Age in Numenor. Is anyone here interested in being my editor/proofreader? My usual person is extremely busy right now and is therefore unable.

I'd love to help, but as English is not my mother-tongue, I am likely one of the least suited people on NK to proof-read.
[EDIT: There's a thread I started on the writer forum on Entmoot to ask for volunteers for proof-reading. It might be of use to you as well.]

I am likely one of the least suited people on NK to proof-read. I am another one of the least suited... But if you want some advice other than correcting your near-perfect English, I would be happy to give it. I love Numenor stories...

I'm basically looking for people who can read through the first draft and make sure i'm doing ok on matters of plot, character development, continuity, etc.
It's about how the conflicting ideologies of the time (ie. "Faithful" vs. "King's Men") cause chaos in the life of one family. All the characters are original.
