Gordis, two weeks after I wrote that post, I suffered a heart attack, and was hospitalized for three weeks. My health had never been the best since I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2008.
I feel very good, though, and it certainly was a wonderful surprise to see your post.
I hope that you and everyone are doing well. It was a wonderful thing to hear from you. Northern Kingdom was a great game with a lot of creative talents. I have often wondered what became of everyone.
It took me a while to figure out how to log back on. Apparently, the Proboards upgrade linked my administrative account with Elfhild's account, and now the system thinks I'm her. I don't think this is something that can be fixed.

Alcuin, I'm up and out but I still have some health problems. They were only able to repair four of the six arteries to the heart. The other two were just too small. It doesn't keep me from doing what I want, though.

My health took a plunge in 2008 when I was diagnosed with diabetes. Then in November of last year, I had a heart attack. Apparently it was not the first heart attack I had, because the doctors said that the extensive blockage of all six of my coronary arteries indicated multiple attacks. The physicians put in four stents over a period of two days, which has helped a lot. They couldn't get all the repair they wanted because my arteries are small.
I know it sounds as though I am starting to resemble Theoden, but I don't think I am quite in my dotage yet. lol
I will check into Entmoot. It has been quite a while since I was there and I probably wouldn't know it now. It would be fun to look.
I've been reminiscing about Northern Kingdom here lately. (Don't the older people in the population do that? lol)Does anyone remember if we had a storyline about a bull baiting episode? I can't remember if we did not. Might be thinking about one I planned and never got to.

Hello! I just logged on for my first time in YEARS, and saw this thread. Hope everyone is doing well. I moved my family from Chicago in the summer of 2015 - out to Casper, Wyoming! Our boys are now 18 (freshman in college), 16 and 14.  |

Greetings, all. I really miss the old gang. My health has been so bad the past few years that I do not think I am able to keep up with an RPG. I just turned 75 this month. There for a long time, I didn't think I would make it. I hope all are doing well.

Thanks to wanting to find Valandil's wonderful Northern Dunedain chronology I messaged him on Tolkien Forum & entmoot. He reminded me about this board, and I checked and I was a fringe part of the place. Anyway, Proboards let me change my email and I was able to log in!
